Frequently asked questions



May the designs be changed?
Yes.  Every one of our designs can be altered because we have designed them ourselves. You can change the colours, fonts, papers, format, layouts etc. The gallery is just an example of what is available to you.


May I have my guests name printed on the invitations?
Yes. We can print your guests’ names on your creations as well as their name and addresses on envelopes. An addition fee of $0.40 per name for you invites etc, and $0.80 for names and address on the envelopes.


What if I need my invites urgently?
We will endeavor to have your creations completed by the time you need them, but please note that we are also relying on our suppliers. We are happy to keep you up to date with the process, and will contact you if anything should arise.


What is the printing process?
We will create proofs of all the items you require, with the fonts, wording and layout you have chosen. When you are 100% happy we will assemble you invitations, and additional stationery as quoted. Two to three weeks before your function date we will print and assemble your place cards, menus, bonbonniere, order of service books etc and after your function we can finish with your thank you cards.


When should I send out my invitations?
We recommend 6-8 weeks before your function date however if you have guests coming from overseas, 12 weeks would be desirable. Consider save the date cards for guest travelling from overseas or inter state, or if your event is during a busy time of the year.


How many should I order?
A spread sheet will be emailed (or posted) to you for your guest list so it is easier to calculate the numbers. We do advise to order extras of each for those last minute additions. We are happy to create items with a blank area for you to fill in if you wish.


What is the minimum order?
There is a minimum order of 20 invites.


What do the prices include?
All our prices include custom designing with a member of our team, proof sheets to make sure all printing is correct, as well as all your stationery cut, and assembled ready for you to post. If you have requested the envelopes to be labelled and printed, the invitations are packed (open) in their matching envelope ready to check, stamp and post.


What currency are the prices listed in?
All the prices we quote are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
